Lid

1、Single layer lid (1 piece set)

Advantages: simple structure, low price, fast delivery, less assembly process.

Disadvantages: single-layer structure, easy to have matching problems (sliding teeth, etc.), the wall thickness have to be thick, appearance looks low end.

Injection material: PP or ABS.

2、Double layer lid (2 piece set)

Advantages: the price is moderate and the structure is relatively stable. At present, the mainstream structure on the market.

Disadvantages: there are few choice for surface treatment, mainly electroplating and spraying solid color.

Injection material: the cover is mostly ABS, the inner tooth cover is mostly PP.

3、Multi-piece set (3-4 piece set)

Advantages: the process effect can be various, mostly used for top piece, or transparent + electroplating effect to highlight different effects.      

Disadvantages: many parts, expensive, assembly process, low production speed, complex structure, easy to meet problem.      

Injection molding material: transparent: mostly MS, outer cover: ABS, inner tooth cover: PP.

Cover

1、Single layer cover (1 piece set)

Advantages: simple structure, low price, fast delivery, less assembly process.

Disadvantages: The appearance is low grade, Less choices for the process . If want to make transparent and solid color, mold development with conditions.

Injection material: PP or ABS.

2、Double layer cover (2-piece set)

Advantages: the price is moderate and the structure is relatively stable. At present, the mainstream structure of the market.

Disadvantages: there are few choice for surface treatment, mainly electroplating and spraying solid color.

Injection material: the cover is mostly ABS, the inner tooth cover is mostly PP.

Plug

1、The upper plug, the lower plug separate (threaded plug and straight plug, commonly known as Ding plug) – market mainstream.

2、Thimble type inner plug, only one lower plug. – Market mainstream.

3、No top plug, use inner plug sealing aluminum foil. – Market mainstream.

4、Plug in one piece, plug up and down together

5、Wrapped inner plug.

6、Wiper (used with dripper) – mainstream in the market.

Pump/Spray

1.Pump:Used for thicker lotions and toners.

Pump nozzle: There are different shapes, such as duck nozzle, chicken nozzle, and even with head cap together.

Pump core: built-in pump (spring inside), external pump (spring outside)

Currently, there are more widely used for external pump due to the stable functional.

2、Spray:Used for thinner toners

Pump nozzle: Uniform shape as below

Pump core: professional spray pump core is smaller than the lotion pump core, mostly built-in pump;The built-in pump is better than the external pump, the pressure of the built-in spring is better controlled and the atomize effect & amount are better ; The unprofessional spray will only change a head cap,and the atomizing effect will not be good.

The above straw, gasket according to the height of the bottle mouth.

There are provess for pump incl. plastic, electroplating, anodized aluminum, depending on the market and customer demand to develop.

Dripper

1、Squeeze dripper

Components: rubber head, glass tube, plastic ring or aluminum ring

2、Press type dripper

Components:Inner cover, outer cover, press cap, rubber head (assembled inside)

Rubber head material: silicone, , nitrile, silicone can be made in special colors, but there is a MOQ, while nitrile can not be made in special colors due to material reasons, the color of the same batch will be different, generally nitrile only make in matt black, matte white.

Dripper ring material: aluminum or pure plastic. There are many shape and quality with their own advantages, we will choose depending on the needs of customers.

Hand gasket

Wide rim: hand gasket over the top of the bottle

Thread distinction of the bottle
